Zirconium-Niobium-REE
Blue Lagoon Project
Greenland, Western Australia
Dalaroo has an option over the Blue Lagoon Project in Greenland.
-
Historical regional stream sediment sampling has identified highly anomalous values;
-
Zirconium: up to 0.93%
-
Niobium: up to 326ppm
-
REEs:
-
Neodymium up to 520ppm
-
-
-
These results have had no record of ever being followed up.
-
In situ weathering of alkaline granite has developed significant placer type deposits in and around the Blue Lake. These will be a principal exploration target to evaluate for potential heavy mineral sands type deposits, which have significant cost advantages compared to hard rock deposits.
Similar geology and historic anomalous geochemical footprint to major deposits Kvanefjeld (ASX: ETM - Energy Transition Metals),Kringlerne/ Tanbreez (NASDAQ: CRML - Critical Metals Corp) and Motzfeldt (Stallion Resources).
Greenland holds third highest REE reserves in Western world with strategic importance given geopolitical dynamics and supply chain security.
